Raoul is a mild-mannered young man. He’s soft-spoken and prefers to avoid confrontation. He likes to throw bread about the school grounds, trying to attract different animals to come and visit by him so that he can observe them. He’s not pathologically shy like Emilia Strolin is, but he’s also a little out of place from the typical Aranaz crowd. He can be found more often around some of the Morvidus students.
He finds himself spending as much time as he can manage with the Morvidus students, as they’re much more his speed. However, Raoul’s not clueless and is forever watching his back, fearing Aranaz’s reproach for his lack of faith in the College.

Raoul’s preference for solitude isn’t something he feels he *has* to deal with; in fact, he rather quite enjoys the extra time it gives him to think about things such as Logic (+3), Famous Dilemmas (+2), and First Principles (+4).
