Philippe is just plain mean. There’s no other adjective that really seems to capture him. He delights in taunts and fighting and he likes nothing more to see someone else fail. He spends most of his afternoons in detention because he’s not very sneaky and always gets caught, but that doesn’t seem to stop him from picking on everyone. He’s got brothers enrolled in the school as well, which makes students wonder if he’s trying to impress them.
There's very little at all to like about Philippe, which is convenient since he finds very little to like in everyone else. He's got older brothers enrolled in the school as well, so he can't just leave people alone. He has a reputation to uphold because if his brothers learn that their little brother isn't as tough as they think he should be, his life will be over as soon as he has to leave school.
