A survey of the Fields of the Academagia will Expand your knowledge of Agriculture, Flowers, and Seeds by 1 Skill Step each. Alternatively, you can work them for a shift, earning 20 pims, shedding a point of Stress, and learning something about how large clumps of grain are Transported (and gaining 1 Step in the appropriate skill).
Don't even think of asking to grow anything here...that would be against the rules. Still, you're welcome to visit as long as all you do is look, or so the field hands tell you. Simply coming down and observing the place for a while lets you absorb some of the knowledge contained here in the fields, and even the short snippets of information you get from the field hands gives you more knowledge than you had before. Maybe if you come back enough times they'll loosen up a bit, but who really knows for sure?
